In cases where you have more than 25 books on a buyback - you must submit a new buyback with less than 25 books per sale so that their prepaid label will work. We will not generate a secondary label for a single buyback - you must submit multiple buybacks that contain what will fit in their packaging.

If you receive a broken image instead of a label, please double check that the address provided is a valid one - if the address isn't correct it will invalidate the label.  Please reach out if this is the case, or create a new buyback with the correct address.
