- Did you get a receipt (if so, please provide a picture)?
- When did you return it? (Estimated date)
- Where did you return it? (e.g.: Was it Campus Store, Res Life, Library)
- Who did you return it to?
- Did you get cash back?
With this information, we can research to see what may have gone wrong in the process.
