Once a Buyback order has been submitted and the items have been shipped, the payment method can't be changed from ISC to direct deposit or vise versa. Instead, once the items are marked received, you can request the payment be sent in a check using the Cashout option on your My Account dashboard.

If you haven't shipped your items and want to change the payment method, the best option is to cancel the current order and create a new one with the updated payment method information.

Payment Methods:

Direct Deposit - 3-5 weeks from the date you receive an email stating that we've accepted the items

Check - 3-5 weeks from the date you receive an email stating that we've accepted the items (There is a $2 check fee for this option.  When cashing out from My Dashboard, check can take 2 weeks to be placed in the mail)

In Store Credit - The same day you receive an email stating that we've accepted the items

PayPal - 1-2 weeks from the date you receive an email stating that we've accepted the items
